"My dream / to meet you / ended up in smoke / just a thought." If I understand correctly that would make you the asymptote, a line approaching a curve but not quite joining it, but possibly following it into infinity. It's a melancholy little poem, but very sweet. I hope you connect with your curve, presumably a prospective lover. Just a thought! Fine work, McJay.
