Some day, I will stop punishing myself.
I will let myself enjoy life.
I will accept that I deserve happiness.
I will allow myself to smile, to laugh.
I will forgive my past self.
I will embrace myself and the future.
I will care, love, and live.
I will forgive past transgressions.

I will stop blaming myself.
I will love someone.
I will love myself.
