An exhausted goodbye to winters frost

I felt the moistening frost beneath my bare feet.
Melting frost dripped away from the morning suns renewed heat.
A summer dress was all that covered my slender female form.
Unyet in the dying winters hour I felt strangely warm.
A rough rope sat within my hand.
I knew what needed to be done and only those who know my pain would understand.
The large oak tree greeted my gaze and welcomed my rope upon it's branch.
We were now connected the tree and I.
Joined in unholy matrimony like that of a black cloud upon a summers sky.
My body swung and my neck burned from the kiss of the rope.
However my eyes glanced upon something which gave new hope.
Looking upon me in my darkest moment was a single baby deer.
It's eyes of innocence locked into mine and my heart was pierced with a love tipped spear.
As our eyes looked into each other's the branch bearing my weight began to splinter.
It split from the tree and I came crashing to the ground unyet the deer did not run but linger.
I gasped new fresh air into my lungs and removed the rope from upon my skin.
The young deer moved closer and licked my toe brining new life to form within.
I no longer wanted to die but live instead.
I'll never forget thou natures thoroughbred.
Winter was over and new life had sprung.
Springs conjuring feeling of new hope had just begun.
