Chronic Insomnia
4:55 Am ! She was still up. Not that she didn't want to sleep, but she just couldn't. The dark night will be turning into a bright morning in a couple of hours and she will be busy again with the daily chores. She would jump out of bed and get ready for work, meet friends and co-workers, wear a smile all day long. No one would notice her tired eyes, she would hide them with the make-up and the smile. She would come back home in the evening and spend time with her family and the night will fall again. The silent chaotic night will slip into a blazing morning with the chirping of the birds even before she knows. She would be still up, lost in the shadows of the past.
4:55 Am ! She would be still up. . . .
