Strangers
Fearful lives as frightened curses
We live our life as the pain worsens
Say goodnight with not shed a tear
Say goodbye yet I am still here
Let go of the hands that you hold
Reach for new unlike the old
See from the eyes that are far
Leave my vision open ajar
Grasp the sights that you see
Gentle hands let them free
Touch the minds of those unheard
Heal the scars of others burned
Let none know of this deed
For secrecy is always key
Locked in a cage to rot away
Like a dying curse's slow decay
We live our life as the pain worsens
Say goodnight with not shed a tear
Say goodbye yet I am still here
Let go of the hands that you hold
Reach for new unlike the old
See from the eyes that are far
Leave my vision open ajar
Grasp the sights that you see
Gentle hands let them free
Touch the minds of those unheard
Heal the scars of others burned
Let none know of this deed
For secrecy is always key
Locked in a cage to rot away
Like a dying curse's slow decay
