Let them be!

If they feel like laughing let them be
I’m sick of telling them the importance of being
Or maybe I just don’t belong
I let them be for things to go wrong,
For things to fall apart
If they do I will never give them comfort
I will simple depart,
And fade as if never existed
I let them be just that I’m sick of being confronted,
As if I know nothing of difficulty
But I will them be cruelty,
Maybe this is how their pathetic life were made
But it’s strange because when they see me coming they hide,
Hide away from the truth of their ignorant
No matter what I’ll let them be irritant,
Let them knock their own life out if they wish
Let them go ahead and perish
Let their dreams vanish
Let them be harsh,
I just can’t anymore protect them
I can no longer be there for them,
Believe me I am the man of my words
And my life never mends,
But punish them for each and every solecism
Impose if you like criticism,
And let them be of this world nothing
But if they cry out I will not be helping,
Let them be whoever they choose to be.
