Severity of a sin?

Does severity of the sin hold significance?

If temptation wins, and man gives in
to the joy in his gin, without repentance.
Does he receive the same sentence?

   ..As a woman unfaithful?
A racist, openly hateful?
As a man who hates gay folks?
A cold killer, thought to be graceful?


As a junkie buying over the table pills,
instead of food to make his children's plateful?


No matter the size of the sin,
is eternal damnataion really what their fate is?
Self abusing users, next to Satanists and rapists?

Tried to swallow this, but I can't take it.
Heaven sounds like a soft warm pillow
But Hell is too big of a cold blanket.
