A Loyalty Unbroken
You are the one i love.
How can i say goodbye?
I dont wan't to.
I never want to.
I have loved you from the beginning and I always will.
Even when my flesh stung and turned shades of blue and purple by the weight of your hand.
Or when the countless tears filled my eyes and slowly trickled down my face.
I love you.
Maybe in my deluded, blinded state, i thought you loved me too.
When you made the blood drip down from my nose, I thought of the good times. The old times.
We used to be so happy together.
But something made your light turn to dark.
So i stay, hoping that i can revive the part of you that shriveled up and died long ago.
Change is always possible i tell myself.
You are my love and i'll be loyal to you forever.
Your strong hands wrapped tightly around my neck woke me from a deep sleep.
I looked into your eyes as mine slowly closed and with my last final breath i said
I love you.
And i thought of how I would never leave you, and a tear ran down my warm cheek.
My eyelids closed shut, the last image of your angered face carved into my mind.
I love you.
