Perfection (Utterly Impossible but We Can Find It Together)
I lie in the damp, rustling grass,
Spellbound beneath iridescent stars,
A tranquil zephyr whisks against my face,
This silent night is so serene,
Lost in the sands of the infinite,
The still world, wrapped in a ghostly veil.
Passionate bliss under crystal moonlight.
You lie there by my side,
Holding my hand gently in yours,
Vibrant hair flowing in the breeze,
My gaze is adrift within those oceanic eyes,
Trapped for eternity,
Your melodious voice, a nightingale among pigeons.
Your aura imprisons me, slowly drawing me closer.
We, frozen in time,
Held by the other’s presence,
Our minds fixed sharing a single thought,
Tightly bound to one another,
Never dreaming to let go,
We draw closer.
Lips intertwine for our first kiss.
