Size twenty-two

Size twenty-two,
Fat,
Beautiful, and
Successful.
She is beautiful.
Whether your closed mindedness thinks so ,
or not.
She is beautiful.
No matter the number on the scale,
or what she sees in the mirror,
or what others think when they look at her.
She is beautiful.
With all her curves,
and bumps,
and dents, and scars.
She is beautiful, and deserves to feel loved,
by herself.
She deserves to love herself.
She deserves to be able to look in the mirror,
and not feel ashamed by the sight that she sees.
She does not deserve your criticism,
and your hate, and your “omg she is so fat, it’s unhealthy”.
Well that's not for you to decide,
it's one thing to want her to be healthy,
it's another to view her as broken, and needing to be fixed.
There is nothing wrong with her loving her body,
just because you think she shouldn’t.
If you think she should change,
you look in the mirror,
search through your thoughts,
and tell me what you hate about yourself so much,
that you have to take your feelings out on her.
Just because you think you need to change,
just because you can’t love yourself,
Doesn’t mean that she has to or that she can’t.
