I wish my wall was unbreakable
I wish I was stronger
physically and mentally
so I can protect myself
from this cruel world
it hurts being bullied every day
I don't think I can handle it anymore
im weak
especially mentally
everything gets to me
and I want to be free
from everything
and everyone
I feel even weaker
when the people at school bully me
and I cant stand up for myself
im scared
and I want to be stronger
physically and mentally

Try to make a list of your good qualities. Find things about yourself that are worthy of loving, and make note of them. Keep them safe. Then, for everyone who tries to knock you down and make you feel unworthy, remember all you have, all you are and aspire to be. Nothing and no one can take that away from you. Words can only affect you if you let them. Don't. You are much better than that. Believe that. I hope this helps in gaining the mental and emotional strength you need. It starts with looking inside. It's there just waiting to be found. :)
