Dreamt Surrender

never awaken me

from this illusion of

    dreamt surrender

'tween raindrops we rose

 made love to the sounds

          of roused thunderstorms

electrified like butterfly wings struck

in the mist of twilight's snow

thirsting for dark honeysuckle wine's

    impassioned clandestine nights

    & early morn's enchantress

drenched in blushed musings

you whispered my name neath

   unbridled torrent's hushed rushes,

as you licked dew from my breasts

   caressed thigh's quiver

within sighs of enmeshed yielding

intoxicated metaphor's wicked rhymes

    unfettered covet of smoky poetry

      entwined in cravings' obsession

gasping impulsive breaths of

                relentless abandon
