Tempered heart

This I want,
a girl,
who needs to deconstruct the mysteries of life
and can debate the merit of each together, alone,
yet has the confidence to antiquate those that trouble her.
This I want,
a girl,
to laugh out loud, for time, over nothing,
which makes me start laughing,
over her laughing,
laughing at nothing,
for time,
out loud.
This I want,
a girl,
who can fight,
for anything she feels of worth,
as I will know,
if she is fighting,
it is just
and I will fight,
too.
