Cars are often symbols of "conspicuous consumption," rolling evidence of success and power. They could be useful. They could be fun. But they can also be a burden, particularly when they start fucking up and are in constant need of very expensive repair. I've had a couple of nightmare vehicles like this. I had a Capri that finally caught fire, and I just let it burn, sending it back to the hell from whence it came. Cars are a necessary evil but have to be dealt with accordingly. Fine job, Frank. Maybe try a Mustang.

There is certainly pleasure and pain associated with any relationship with a motor vehicle.
Apparently mustangs are now being imported to Australia, although I must admit a penchant for Japanese turbo charged cars.
