I belong to you
In the world of crystal dreams
Where Minstrels sing us songs
I was a knight leaning against the wall
With my visor down to hide my tears of love
And said,
“You are the Princess and I am but a humble knight
But thee are truly beautiful beyond dreams my lady,
I would do anything to be worthy of the honor of a kiss.”
Very lady-like she extended her hand to me.
I said. “Perhaps one day I shall be worthy of more.
To feel the touch of thy lips
And win your love.
As I would give my life
For one moment in your arms.
Because you already have my heart and all of me.”
"Then my lord, take me again to see the stars of heaven.”
"As you wish my lady."
Looking at the heavens,
And never wanting this to end,
I tell her,
“In all of its beauty,
The clouds are so close you could touch them
But are not as beautiful as thee, my lady.”
To win my fairest lady's heart
On my honor this I swear
All my life with you I'll share
I pledge my sword, my heart, and my name.
Peaceful, with calm eyes
She looked at me and smiled,
Please find in me the one who can be true and faithful.
You need not search in other castles for ladies fair
As she nestled deeper
Into my love craving arms.
She whispered.
“I belong to you.”
