Angels, Liars, Sinners, Saints
There are liars and some sinners,
There are angels and some saints,
I am and me, and none of these,
But a combination of the four.
Some may lie to protect others,
Some lie because they're selfish,
But many lie on an impulse,
And never even meant it.
Sins are commited within each minutes,
That a human being lives.
Usually minor disreguards,
For the book of written rules.
For the saints and angels are most complicated to find,
There is a motive for every "good deed"
And a lie behind a "I work for free."
And the honest truth of it is,
We are all sinners, in Great God's eyes,
And the only difference my child,
Is some will quickly beg for mercy,
and others protect their pride.
