Human

Who are we to judge?
The worth of a soul
We are mere inklings
Blips on and endless map of nothingness
The universe around us forever expanding
An infinite space
And yet we think we are the mightier

Who am I to judge?
Man by his looks?
By his bank account?
Woman by her figure?
By her voice?
I am the same
Human
I bleed red
The same as all

Who are they to judge?
Me by my size
By interests
Beauty fades to wrinkles
Silken hair to silver gray
Morals and personality
Remain concrete throughout the years

Man is man
Woman is woman
Black
White
Tall
Short
Skinny
Big
The cover doesn’t define
Behind the makeup
Behind the muscle
Is a heart
Beating all the same
Stopping the same

Death is equal in his choosing’s
Bank accounts, weight, beauty
All pointless variables
Death sees us as humans
All the same
Why can we see?
The way death sees?
Why can’t we love?
As equally as death chooses?

Blinded
By our own lusts
Forsaken
By our own greed
Destroyed
By our own selves
We
are
Human.
