Invisible ( written for the invisible comp)

She wasn’t much of a mother
I would rather have had another
She’s got one foot in the grave
And I need to misbehave
At deaths door she claims to be
But she’ll probably out live me
I need to hurry things along
I don’t care if right or wrong
My anger starts to grow
She just really needs to go

Invisible for a day
I can find the perfect way
To inherit what is mine
To be a high flyer
It’s her death that I require
I’m unseen in her room
I’m bringing her doom
There’s no need to sneak
Or round corners to peek
I am nothing to see
I’m totally free
No need to excuse
This parental abuse
To the foot of her bed
I heavily tread
For a moment I linger
I hold up two fingers
I whisper “fuck you”
You didn’t have a clue
No idea and unable to view
Exactly what I was about to do

With a hop, jump and a skip
I carefully remove her drip
I joyfully create some fear
Whispering obscenities in her ear
Despite her smell of talcum powder
My whispering got much louder
She stirs barely awake
Her shoulders I shake
She’s scared and confused
I’m mildly amused
She screams to a panic
My rage now volcanic
Her body starts to twitch
In her face I scream, “Die Bitch”

All went quiet
At the end of this riot
No feelings of dread
It was clear, she was dead
With my invisible mask
I’d completed my task
No longer a bum
My kingdom had come
With the death of this bitch
I’d be very rich
Happy and hearty
I’d learn how to party
With a glass of red wine
I toasted what’s mine

Now sitting in prison
It’s like she’s arisen
I made my admission
With no real omission
Confessed what I’d done
I was back to square one
Frustrated and caged
Lost and enraged
Id been so dim witted
The reason I admitted
The will, it’s format
She left it all to the cat
