The Locklears Chapter Four

"Your honor my client has been in jail for a hundred days.  I'm asking for time served."  "Granted Mr. Locklear and Ms. Freeman stay out of trouble."  "You heard what the judge said Victoria.  Stay out of trouble" said Rusty as he shook hands with Victoria.  "You don't have to worry about me Rusty."  On his way out of the courthouse Rusty ran into Detective Richard Keys.  "Hello Detective Keys.  How are the mean streets of Green Haven treating you?"  "Rusty Locklear the streets of Green Haven just got meaner.  We got ourselves a serial killer."  "I'm sorry to hear that Richard.  I know you'll catch who ever it is and bring them to justice."  "It's only a matter of time Rusty."  "Richard I would love it if you could keep me up dated on your progress in the case."  "Rusty I can't do that."  "Oh don't worry about it.  Well I have to go Richard.  It was good talking to you."  They discovered the dead bodies faster than I anticipated.  Rusty thought to himself as he walked out of the courthouse. As Rusty drove away from the courthouse.  He turns on his cd player.  "Well that was my only case for today.  It's time for play time.  Chastity Cage here I come."  Rusty had the song Black Death on repeat as he drove to the city of Serenity.  When Rusty reached Serenity he found a vacant parking lot and changed into some street cloths.  He then made his way to South End street.  A short thin African American female was sitting on the porch of a yellow house.  Seeing a black Ram truck driving up the street.  The black woman hopped off the porch and walked to meet the truck.  "It took you long enough Billy Ray" complained the black woman.  Laughing to himself at the woman for using the fake name he gave her.  With a smile on his face Rusty replied "Baby I had to take care of urgent business."  "Well I forgive you this time."  "Chastity for being late I'll give you some extra pills for free."  "See that's why I like you Billy Ray.  You know how to make up for screw ups."  "I have a home girl in the house.  She want some pills too."  "I got some new pills.  The pills I'll give you for me being late are my new pills.  They will really have you slumped over."  "Billy Ray what was your mother thinking of when she named you that country sounding name?"  "My family is country so she gave me a country name."  "But what black man have you ever seen with the name Billy Ray?"  "Look do you want to get high or not?  These new pills will have you slumped over."  "You know I do.  Let me go get my home girl."  Making her way back into the house.  Chastity brought returned with a curvy young black female.  "Chastity you didn't tell me your friend was as beautiful as you."  "You never asked."  "Looking at the two of you make me go crazy.  Lets go back to my place and get things popping.  Here pop these new pills I've been telling you about."  With one big gulp the two women swallowed the huge pills.  "Good God Billy Ray those was some huge pills."  "Chastity Cage get your fine ass on the back of my truck."  The two women climbed on the back of the black 2020 Ram truck.  "Are you ladies comfortable yet?"  "Yeah go ahead and drive off."  Like death reaping lives the black truck sped away.
