In the darkest corner of my mind,
A whisper.
Beckoning, urging, longing.
Becoming desperate.
A feeling in my gut.
Wrenching.
It's what I want,
But hearts can be shattered.
No one needs to know...
No one will find out...
The lies I tell myself.
Very convincing.
