Interesting observation. I've often wondered myself why they strip off in winter. Scientifically it's something about conserving energy. Poetically it makes for good art. Coming up next... stripper trees. >_<

I wish they would all fall at once too. As awesome as trees are, there's always that one at the corner of the yard that dares you to put the rake away. Very nice whimsy on the trees.
