Contemplating at Styx-Side Brook
Wade deep
In waters beating of percussion,
The thumping bray of aorta strings
Tuned to play another.
Sink strivingly
Into tides breaching of morrow,
The arterial rocks of cascades
Tumbled to impale.
Drown surmassed
In waves bleeding of dissension.
The heart’s millennia of chambers
Quieted to weep.
Stare, unrippled,
Into spores breathing of dolar.
The atrium relapse of shadow
Touched, alas, by embrace.
