Never Shall I Be Alone
Forever I shall seem a shell, alive but never well,
[/font]that's when I hear a crack , a canyon in my heart,
No prince charming to rescue me, no prince charming now,
Without the light he brought to me I shall never live,
My life is choosen for me, my actions not my own ,
Its as if I am puppet held by broken strings,
I reach toward all I have left but the strings they pull me back,
My love is being tested for everything I lack,
At the seams just like a doll my stiches come undone,
And as I sink onto the floor, I hear a fragile beat,
Once a child's play thing , my wounds will heal no more ,
Once a child's play thing left on a child's floor,
I always think unto myself this perfect lullaby ,
And as I drift unto the dark I know I'll surely die,[/font]
