The Education System Is Flawed

They slam stress, anxiety, and depression down on our desks, and then beg us to do good on tests?
But then yell at us for saying "do good on tests" because that's incorrect grammar.
"It's well, it's well, it's well that you're supposed to say!"
We bow our heads in dismay, and when we look up, we find ourselves stuck in a Well, with no Lassie to go get help.
Do they not remember being in our situation? Where we're so stressed constantly we can't find time to enjoy a vacation? Because when we get one, we're too preoccupied with homework?
And they tell us that we're going to need this in our lives, so we better do well, but no one in my family has once applied the quadratic formula, or the pythagoras theorem outside of a classroom.
The world lets a letter on a paper define who we are, and it's so hard to reach the bar.
Since when were we supposed to dread school? It can't be me, it isn't that I'm just a fool?
