The fear is sinking in. I'm ready to scream.
I cant seem to calm the voices in my head.
The ones yelling your not good enough.
You will never amount to anything.

I just want to make it stop.
Tired of being scared fell like no one cares.
They don't know how I feel.
Well my pain is real.

Trying to stay calm.
Trying to hold it in.
Saying to myself.
Don't give up Don't give in.
Find a way to begin again.
