I will wait for my girl
the one thats meant to be
she is perfect
that's why I'm waiting
She said we can't be together
until a year
losing her
is my deepest fear
I fear I won't be perfect
for my perfect babe
I have a year to practice
while I wait
And as I wait
I am tempted
I will fight temptation
and will defeat it
I will face
loneliness and pain
I will always love her
I still wait

I rate this 2/5 stars...this poem just lacks substance ;( and is full of spelling errors:

It may be an oversight....but you capitalize every other i/I don't get mad its good overall, I feel it needs more of something. Keep writing! I am just here to help ;)
