Picture of perfection

This beautiful creature
Standing before me
Can I call him mine?
That is my dream

I wish to call you my own
Its just so hard to hold back
The feelings I haven't told
I can�t wait to see
What will unfold

You're the picture of perfection
The best all around
This stranger so handsome
From the other side of town

Youre everything I've wanted
And oh so much more
If only you knew
What I have in store

I crave to feel you skin
Right against mine
What is going on
Inside my mind?

I can�t help these feelings
You seem so surreal
But I want to tell you
Everything that I feel

Can I muster the courage
To tell you these things?
Or will I be too shy?
Afraid to pull any strings

I love this and relate to the feelings of shyness you express. This is so reminiscent of so many of my own love poems. He would be crazy not to want you so be sure to tell him. Or at least give him a hint and a smile so he gets the idea on his head that he should be asking you out. I like this side of you, write more... jj
