Dose Me
The dosage goes up
The dosage goes down
My thoughts are spinning round and round
To many things hidden deep in me
Stuff my family hates to see
There are parts of me good and bad
Sometimes happy...mostly sad
They look at me and close their eyes
"Can't you be like other guys?"
To sick to stay, not enough to go
Hidden away in an empty home.
The doctors look and poke and prod
Finally giving up to ask their God
A hopeless case they have labeled me
Never once looking past what I want them to see
So the dosage goes up
And the dosage goes down
And my world is still spinning around.
