Apotheosis
Selfless self-doubt,
aimed a trigger at his head,
it pulled the trigger,
now hes dead.
and from his death is where I rise.
All his wallowing and self pity,
all of his depression and abhorrent thoughts,
now lay to rest along with him.
From his charred remains I rise and recover all of the scraps of honor.
the very ones that worm used to wipe your shoe.
he is worthless, but like a caterpillar,
a writhing and hideous creature,
he could not keep going in such a sorry state,
thus the butterfly had to force its way through.
I am his god and goddess.
I am who he could never be.
I am what he could never ammount to.
I AM perfection.
All he could ever do is appologize for everything,
but when he finaly realized how much I've done for him,
the things he had no spine or self worth to do,
thats when he broke. the old mind is no longer.
I am the god and goddess.
I am everything.
I am what he always aspired to be.
I AM PERFECTION.
