Fairy Lights
The fairy lights shine above our heads
And the sidewalk beats
Fall under our feet
And the music in the air reminds me of young love and reckless abandon
Like nothing in the world can scare me
Nothing is a bother
Because you are on my arm and the world spins around
And people come and go
But you are my infinite and my permanent
My reason to be here
Coffee laced kisses
And the shallow speak of the beings around me
You whisper in my ear that you can't wait for the night to end
So that the memories can begin
There's a equilibrium of passion and kindness
A basic primitive need for sex and moans
And the deep emotional need to show you to the world
And how lucky I am so have someone like you
It's a balance
A beautiful tango
And the embouchure of our lips will appeal to the needs
Hormonal teenagers
Night on the town
And the sidewalk beats
Fall under our feet
And the music in the air reminds me of young love and reckless abandon
Like nothing in the world can scare me
Nothing is a bother
Because you are on my arm and the world spins around
And people come and go
But you are my infinite and my permanent
My reason to be here
Coffee laced kisses
And the shallow speak of the beings around me
You whisper in my ear that you can't wait for the night to end
So that the memories can begin
There's a equilibrium of passion and kindness
A basic primitive need for sex and moans
And the deep emotional need to show you to the world
And how lucky I am so have someone like you
It's a balance
A beautiful tango
And the embouchure of our lips will appeal to the needs
Hormonal teenagers
Night on the town
