Darkness

As we descend into the darkness,
     What horrors lie in there?

We proceed into the darkness
     Into black dispair

The things we see, what could they be,
     Down in the black darkness?

These creatures feed on every seed
     That descend into the darkness

Alone I stay in the darkness
     All my friends are dead

Trapped and lost in the darkness
     left here in their stead
