Palliate my disease
Peel this spine.
Disrobe your fantasies
In caustic brine.
Assist lignified incisive thoughts
Thrust my scheming skull.
Fertilizing famished blistering ingots
Relish your innocence unfurl
Starving lungs awaiting a flood.
Cleansing bemoans an ungarbed race
Salivary glands savor tepid blood
Drivelling hate bind our embrace.

Yeah i hope dup has had its share of a TWISTED dreamer lol.. just afraid that amidst the violent clatter in these lines , the inner meaning might not come clear.
I think the first verse is really sinister in it's surface of sing song like rhyme. It's like you've set up those first few lines like a spell to draw somebody in. And the image you create in that verse reminds me of this painting by Beksinski:
