Auditory Hallucinations

Hearing voices is really quite
Annoying.  Sometimes they are quiet, sometimes they are
Loud.  They can be crude, rude, shrewd, and
Lewd.  Sometimes they offer advise, other times their words are
Unhelpful and downright cruel.  Sometimes they insult me, and other times
Console me.  They often make me paranoid.
I wish they would go away completely, but sadly there is
No cure.  Perhaps death will bring me silence?
Anti psychotics help a lot but Geodon has some nasty side effects.
Tremors of the hand, dizziness, diarrhea and nausea just to name a few
I swear I am healthier without the damn pills!  That's what "they" say anyway.
Oh how I wish it were true, but
Nope, I just had to get the gene....lucky me.
Schizophrenia sucks.
