Itch

I'm difficult  to submit,
I'm an addict that just won't quit.
Won't admit to hidden fixes.
Fixated with intoxicating,
my own streams with toxins.

A sin performing, former convict,
who has dreams of blossoming,
into something more than a fiend.

I hope that by transcribing,
I can help relieve,
this itch, that's even there in my dreams.
Wake me up,please tell me I'm asleep.

May not be able to keep
