Daddy's Home
I hate the way you look,
And the way you look at me.
We're your beautiful wife and daughter,
But we're not your family.
I wouldn't make this up,
But you were too drunk to remember.
You threw my mom through a table,
It'll be 4 years this November.
You interrupt me doing homework,
Not like I care.
You remind me ever day,
I'll never make it anywhere.
I cringe when you come home,
At least I can take a hit.
But I can't stand to watch you hurt my mom,
I won't stand for that shit.
I hope you choke on that cigarette,
Like we choke on our tears.
You can't stand me today?
I've hated you for 15 years.
And the way you look at me.
We're your beautiful wife and daughter,
But we're not your family.
I wouldn't make this up,
But you were too drunk to remember.
You threw my mom through a table,
It'll be 4 years this November.
You interrupt me doing homework,
Not like I care.
You remind me ever day,
I'll never make it anywhere.
I cringe when you come home,
At least I can take a hit.
But I can't stand to watch you hurt my mom,
I won't stand for that shit.
I hope you choke on that cigarette,
Like we choke on our tears.
You can't stand me today?
I've hated you for 15 years.
