Moonlight drive
I couldn't sleep last night so I went out for a little drive,
With no destination in mind I drove into the moonlight.
The wind came through the windows like a hurricane,
The more I drove the more I wanted you with me in life..
The road twisted and turned before me in a sudden flash,
The more I thought about you the more faster I had went.
Tears welled up inside my eyes when I realized something,
When I said that I loved you,i meant it deeply, truly to no end.
I glanced towards the sky and seen the horizon turning red,
The morning dew glistened within the cascade of the twilight.
The tears that threatened to fall finally broke through the dam,
As I drove home the thought of your pretty face came to sight.
