You wouldn't say a word
If I hadn't said it first
You wouldn't make a move
If I hadn't come to you
But I couldn't let those sleepy eyes
Just pass me by
And I couldn't leave this room
Without walking out next to you
It might just be my curiosity
I've always been a cat like that
But I know what I see
I like it and I won't look back
This might be hard to believe
But I think you've been waiting on me

We don't know everything
when we're called to rise
