You know my empty laugh and crooked smile
You know the encouragement i give that i wish i recieved
You know my empty words and lies
You know my false promises and prides
You know my eyes that hold a fake hope
You know the mask i wear and walls i've built
You know the clothes i have and voice i disguise

You don't know the secrets i hold inside
You don't know the love i desperately crave
You don't know the people who've broken my heart
You don't know the things that cause me to rage
You don't know the words i'm screaming inside
You don't know the nights i waste while i cry
You don't know how often i drown in my tears
You don't know the torture, the pain, or the fear
