The rain hitched a ride
on the ravens wings
covering the day in
darkness
Falling off it's feathers
onto the old Chevy
beating it's rusty body
Beyond the pasture haze
suffocates the rolling
hills
Thunder clapping in
the lonely sky echoing
through in passing by
