The real cause
You probably don't know
That you stand so tall before my eyes,
That you are a beacon, shinning so bright.
You might think it's your voice,
Heard above the road so load,
What caught my glare and sprung my ears,
Seeking it. I tell you no, it wasn't so,
Your words, mere shadows are
Of what lies yonder,
Beyond the eyes,
Beyond the ears,
Where your mysteries are stored.
That you stand so tall before my eyes,
That you are a beacon, shinning so bright.
You might think it's your voice,
Heard above the road so load,
What caught my glare and sprung my ears,
Seeking it. I tell you no, it wasn't so,
Your words, mere shadows are
Of what lies yonder,
Beyond the eyes,
Beyond the ears,
Where your mysteries are stored.
