Love Eternal
Those special memories of you and I
will always make me smile.
I wish that I could have you back
for just a little while.
We could sit and talk again
the way we used to do.
You always meant the world to me
As I know I did to you.
Now you’ve gone on ahead
to prepare a place for me.
During this time that we’re apart
I'll miss you terribly.
But there’s something that I hold to,
It brings comfort to my pain.
I’ll keep you right here in my heart
until we meet again.
