Time

As the seconds pass upon this day,

know that lives and affected in a way.

Lives are born and lost today.

Time steals the life of those dying,

Time mends the wounds of those crying.

When time slows chaos comes still,

When time flys disasters become real.

Today is now, when it's gone it's gone,

Tomorrow is permitted to no one.

Death takes us all in time,

As you read these words someone dies,

As you read these words a child is born.

Opening its eyes to a whole new world,

Seeing its mother and all her love.

This child life has begun.

So live your life while you can.
