Faint messages

Waking up in the night
Panting for air
As i see faint images
Go in and out of my mind
Remembering something
That i lost years ago

It haunts me to this day
No way to take back what i have done
Only able to walk forward as you torture me

These nightmares are trying to tell me something
I just don't know it yet
As i see a shadowy figure creep behind
As it takes my life
What are you trying to tell me?

Looking in the background
Seeing a graveyard
Of all the people i lost
I see one that is open
As i try to read it
You come right behind me

As i turn around you just
Phase though me
Like i was nonexistent
When you phased though me
I feel the agony and sorrow
Wishing i can take it back
