In pursuit
My life as I know it
Has taken an unexpected turn
The air that I breathe
Tasting the horizons
Laid out and spread before me
A shift in the winds beneath my wings
Decreasing my altitude
Coming down from my cloud
Why!!!
Why!!!, why!!!
Does this has to be in my sky
Sun drops down fast
Rises in someone else's eyes
Why!!!
Why!!!, why!!!
Can't it be in mine
feeling overwhelmed
The self in gratification
My world caving in on me
No one to cry to but why should I
Nor a place upon this earth to call home
Then a swift cool breeze sweeps in
Eyes toward the lead sky
With a crooked smile and determination upon my face
Scratch my atmosphere
Streaks behind my wings, supersonic
retrieving the sun back to where it belongs

it's all yours, as far as the eye can see. Wherever thy wings decide to slice the skies. It's all yours. Your ink is delicious with its raw intensity. Keep spilling your art upon this world. It craves it.

Precious Soul......this is so beautiful......words and the picture speaks volumes. At first I felt beauty, then sad and in the end I felt like you've found peace with your bewildered soul. Luv the emotion you've poured out in this piece. :)

Aww thank u my beautiful Flowergirl. Ever since I shared that poem with u behind my eyes things are a bit different still in dark but more light is being shed now.
