And Quiet, Exactly How It Was
And quiet, exactly how it was
And I had forgotten exactly how this would take effect upon me.
And I had forgotten the star and her sisters,
and the blessed moon above from us...
in one night, we had everything.
I thought about the girl in blue
and how she didn’t want a dime from me,
or consequences of the day.
How everything made a sense ,
in its own little mannerism.
By stinging up your legs, you can be my Easter,
veering clouds of recognition,
from the passionate and angry gods of space.
They did not like how loudly I talked,
or how closely with death’s hand and forgiving sides,
I had so foolish and past-ly lived,
And the quiet, Exactly How It Was ...
We needed someone to walk in here and
tell us how the reality was,
share his everything with everyone ...
just jive it freely on the corners,
and not let a single man born,
or woman made
ever stop him .
No one could...
our drunk-ship captain.
he knew what things were.
And with the words of awesome
he would explain them for us
and tell us of stuff and how it was
he could self describe and heal himself at will
