How to Make a Husk (Incomplete)

*Author's Note: So, I got an idea, from a friend, to write a piece about my troubles but in the form of a cook book recipe. I'm not sure if I want to go through with it, so I need some criticism. The criticism should be about the piece itself and the style. Thank you!*

A Pained, Lost Soul with a Clam, Confident, Supportive Crust covered in a Mysteriously Carefree Sauce

Total Time: 5 years
Prep time: 1 years
Cook time: 4 years

Ingredients:

Soul:
1 young, impressionable, shy child of 7 years or older, who does not know their place
1 whole depressed older sibling (by at least 5 years)
40 litters of bad advice
42 cups of despair
94 cups of self loathing
40 cups of questions
1.5 litters of concentrated shyness
30 tons of paranoia
Crust:
20 pounds of fake smiles
2 pounds of flour
30 pounds of empathy
A ton of people that have problems
100 pounds of fake confidence
