That expression stuck in my head when Han Solo, just released from the carbonite, says that to Princess Leia in Return Of The Jedi, about Luke becoming a Jedi Knight. I have also heard historians use it to describe haughty generals.

I remember that scene ... but unfortunately I do not remember Han Solo's words although they fit :-). An expression I will always remember from now on.
