Walked out
As she walked,
Out of my life.
She took with her,
The very air I breathed.
Such was the punch,
I felt in my stomach.
Leaving me,
Gasping,
Doubled over,
As if a fetus,
Curled,
On the floor.
Out of my life.
She took with her,
The very air I breathed.
Such was the punch,
I felt in my stomach.
Leaving me,
Gasping,
Doubled over,
As if a fetus,
Curled,
On the floor.
