gypsy

i‘m waking up to colors of gold and white
shinning through my window
leaves with this feeling
that runs through me calling
you’re gypsy
always been a gypsy
got it running through my veins
like runaway trains
the gypsy in me
(you’re a gypsy)
the gypsy in me

i can’t shake the feeling
i gotta move
i gotta move on

standing at the edge of a long long road
blacktop shimmering in my eyes
leaves me with this longing
that runs through me laughing
you’re gypsy
always been a gypsy
got it running through my veins
pounding in my brains
the gypsy in me
(you’re a gypsy)
the gypsy in me
(you’re a gypsy)
the gypsy in me

i can’t shake the feeling
i gotta move
i gotta move on
down the line
feel the warm sunshine
i gotta move
i gotta move on
with my love light saying
you’re gypsy
always been a gypsy
got it running through my veins
like the driving rains
the gypsy in me
(you’re a gypsy)
the gypsy in me
(you’re a gypsy)
the gypsy in me
