Voices raised
Stories to tell
Interrupting each other
Babbling un-phased
Often loud and bold
Reminiscent memories told
Outsiders don't get it
And can't crack our code
Conversations filled with laughter
Tears and hardship unfold
We bicker and banter
Sometimes talk of the hereafter
No person, place or things
Can come between our bond
We are forever friends
Infinity linked circles and rings
I am so lucky beyond measure
Filled with admiration and love
It's with pleasure and pride
I get to call you my big sister

sweet homage to a sister, me being a big sister I imagine the one my sister would write to me would be a lot different, probably would be titled "The One Reason Why I Wanted A Joe Weider Weight Bench for Christmas"

Ha ha...I didn't always feel this way. There was a time I couldn't wait until I grew up just so I could beat the crap out of her.
